 Join me on a reflective ride through Rogersville on this fine Wednesday, May 29, 2024. As the bike riding season unfolds, I’m pushing the pedals towards greater strength and speed, aiming for that elusive 15 mph average. Today’s journey is not just about covering miles; it’s about the quantum leaps we make in life and the goals we set for ourselves.

In this video, I share my aspirations to lap the Ozark route, increasing my distance from 30 to potentially 75 miles. I also delve into the concept of ‘Quantum Jumping’ to seek advice from a parallel universe where I never stopped riding and became a professional cyclist. It’s all about the incremental gains and the gas in the tank that comes from doing the miles.

As I navigate the scenic route, I capture the beauty of my shadow’s reflection and the picturesque fluffy clouds overhead. But it’s not all about the ride; I also talk about the upcoming Satona Duck Race in Ozark, a delightful event that supports children’s charities and brings the community together with crafts, music, and a hot air balloon glow.

The Unplugged Mind: A Life Unencumbered by Screens

In a world where the hum of digital notifications is the soundtrack of modern existence, my life unfolds in a different octave. I am an anomaly, a creature of a bygone era who has never felt the weight of a smartphone in my pocket, never known the tether of a cell phone contract. As the Cold Fusion transcript narrates the tale of society’s collective dive into the digital deep end, I float above, observing the ripples without being swept away by the current.

The transcript speaks of dopamine – that sweet siren of the digital age – luring users into a loop of endless feedback. For me, dopamine dances to the rhythm of the wind in the trees, the laughter of a child, the embrace of a loved one. My feedback comes not from a screen but from the tangible world around me. Where algorithms shape the thoughts and desires of billions, I find my desires shaped by the simple, unadulterated experiences of life.

As smartphones reshape brains, shrinking hippocampi and dulling gray matter, my mind remains a bastion of undiminished capacity. Memories are etched not in digital storage but in the neural pathways of my brain, each one a story told without the aid of a touchscreen. The transcript warns of the perils of outsourcing our cognitive functions to devices; I have kept mine in-house, a personal library of thoughts and knowledge that no cloud service could ever replicate.

The narrative of Cold Fusion paints a picture of a society ensnared by the allure of the virtual, where every moment is mediated by a pixelated interface. My moments are unfiltered, lived in high definition by the senses nature gave me. The stress and anxiety that come with constant connectivity are foreign to me. My stress ebbs and flows with the natural rhythms of life, not the manufactured urgency of a device that fits in the palm of my hand.

In this reflection, I see two paths diverged: one, a superhighway of information traveling at the speed of light, demanding attention and subservience; the other, a tranquil trail meandering through the landscapes of reality, inviting contemplation and presence. The transcript speaks of a world altered, minds changed, and a society grappling with the consequences of its technological embrace. I stand apart, a testament to the road less traveled, my cognitive landscape uncharted by satellites and untouched by screens.

As the world ponders how to help itself out of the quagmire it has created, I offer a beacon of simplicity. The answer may not lie in abandoning technology altogether but in finding balance, in remembering that we are not just users of devices but inhabitants of a world rich with life beyond the confines of a liquid crystal display.

Only you can Live the Sovereign Integral Process, the Process that leads you to remember Who You Truly Are. Once you understand it, you live it tirelessly, until you stop being completely who you are not, to Be.

If you have not started this Process, it is because not only do you not know Who You Are, but also in which reality you live.

The only way to reach the Truth is by living it…

and, even though it seems that you act independently of the Universal  Entity,

you are always guided by Me.

You are interconnected with all life through Me

because we share the same Spirit,

the texture of Divine Love.

I express Myself through your Heart,

there you find Me when you align  with Me and apply your imagination.  

This is how you access a vision that is not of this world,

but that which truly belongs to you.

That is why you intuit Me.

You align  more, and your vision becomes clearer.

That’s when you work in sync with Me.

Your Entity is Sovereign, and as Sovereign, you are integrated into All That Is.

You live this Light because you Are this Light.

The Light that is in you is so bright

that there is no darkness that is not touched by it,

and the Voice that animates it is so Loving that,

when it is heard, it transforms everything into Pure Love.

All appearances vanish before His Presence.

You Are Totality and therefore you Are Unlimited.

The body is nothing more than  an instrument of experience.  

It cannot, in any way, harbor or  contain what you, as Sovereign, Are.  

If you think you are a body, a human instrument, and not the Totality,

it is because you live a very subtle deception.

You do not listen to or  follow My Guidance

because your mind has been programmed to believe in an impossibility:

the idea that you are a being separate from Source,

and that you took the decision  to separate by yourself.
