A big, supercharged tipping point of a month. People are beyond fed up with the status quo and ready to act, taking no prisoners. Whatever anybody does at the last minute to fix stuff will be seen as way too little and way too late. People are more than ready to start doing stuff. However, they won't necessarily be thinking very clearly. Take it slow.
