After someone sent this to me via email, I searched YouTube and saw that Justin from YouAreCreators had created a video about this entitled "Declassified CIA File PROVES the Law Of Attraction and The Holographic Universe! (WOW!)" He highlights one of the important paragraphs in this file. I wanted to touch on the other points that I feel are also very important in this document. It was released in 2003 and goes in depth to explain the consciousness matrix, matter and energy, the holographic universe, time-space dimensions, The Absolute, infinity and the nature of self, reality and creation.
