Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee Unanimously Passes Motion to Audit Fulton County’s Absentee Ballots Using Method Outlined by Jovan Pulitzer

Wednesday, December 30 2020: Members of Georgia's Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections and members of the Senate Judiciary committee will hold a hearing to study Georgia's Election laws, and their past and present impact on the current Election cycle. They will also consider the committee report from the December 3rd meeting. The hearing comes after a senate subcommittee held a hearing last week at the capitol to discuss perceived voting irregularities in November’s presidential election.

Members of Georgia’s Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections and members of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday held a hearing to study Georgia’s Election Laws, and their past and present impact on the current Election cycle.

The star of the show on Wednesday was inventor Jovan Pulitzer.

Pulitzer explained how he could quickly audit their results using his technique of identifying fraudulent paper ballots and said he will do it for free.

Mr. Pulitzer said he has “no regard for the smoke and mirrors of how the machines work.” – IT’S ALL ABOUT THE PAPER BALLOTS.

“I don’t care about the machine. I don’t even care about the code that was written in the machine. What I care about is that physical artifact [ballot] and that physical artifact has material differences district to district that should not be there.”

Pulitzer said it would take him two hours to look at 500,000 ballots.

The Georgia State Senate Judiciary Subcomittee unanimously passed a motion to audit Fulton County’s absentee ballots with the process Pulitzer outlined during today’s hearing.

Members of Georgia’s Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Elections and members of the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing to study Georgia’s Election Laws, and the numerous voting irregularities in the 2020 presidential election.

The hearing comes after a Senate subcommittee held a hearing last week at the capitol to discuss perceived voting irregularities in November’s presidential election.

During the hearing witness Jovan Pulitzer was invited to testify on the irregularities in the November 3rd election.

Jovan Pulitzer is a brilliant inventor and author best known for creating and patenting CRQ and has founded companies that included seed investment rounds ranging from $1.6m to over $250m.

Inventor Jovan Pulitzer joined radio host Monica Matthews on Thursday after his explosive testimony in the Georgia Senate Judiciary subcommittee on Elections on Wednesday.

Jovan Pulitzer destroyed Georgia’s corrupted 2020 election process and results during the hearing on Wednesday. Pulitzer explained how he can look at the Georgia ballots and determine almost immediately if a ballot is fraudulent or not. Pulitzer notes that he can look at 500,000 ballots in a couple hours.

You may be familiar with the name, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, or you may not be, but he’s an author, actor, producer, writer, podcaster, an inventor and more. I first became aware of his name during the testimony of Col. Phil Waldron during the Michigan State House hearing on Election Integrity very recently. Col. Waldron briefly mentioned that Pulitzer was the inventor of the QR code and that using his invention, there was a way to determine whether a ballot was fraudulent or not and that piqued my interest. We’ll be discussing his life, career and his invention tonight on the program.

This Dodge Challenger is highly representative of the famed muscle car/pony car era and horsepower wars of the 1960s and early 1970s. The Challenger was Dodge’s late entry into the “pony car” game some three years after GM and five years after the sales leader Ford. Despite their late start the Challenger and its Plymouth cousin, the ‘Cuda became automotive icons due to their bold styling, performance minded engine options, and spectacular marketing. The enormous HEMI left an indelible mark on car culture as a street racing legend and this car backs that up.

Design or Construction Value – A vehicle that is distinctive based on design, engineering, craftsmanship or aesthetic value.

While there are plenty of emblematic muscle cars out there, it is hard to top a triple black, first year Challenger featuring the unique combination of desirable options in unrestored condition with nearly every component a numbers-matching part and single-family ownership history. The styling and performance of the 1970 Challenger is among the most significant of the era and this car communicates that in a way that others cannot.

Informational Value – A vehicle of a particular type that was the first produced, last produced, has an element of rarity of its type,
or is among the most well-preserved or authentically restored surviving examples.

Original, preserved cars allow historians and enthusiasts an authentic glimpse into history that is unparalleled by stories or photographs. While nicer, lower-mileage, unrestored 1970 Challengers certainly exist, this well used example gives an unvarnished glimpse into the classic muscle car era tale of street racing, daily driven, blue collar, Detroit built, American performance coupes. The ultra-low mileage, untouched survivors are important time capsules demonstrating how the cars left the factory, but this Challenger symbolizes the lives the cars lived and the stories of the people that drove them. Qualls’ car was used, abused and then frozen in time right when the golden era of muscle and pony cars came to a close.

Open-AI’s latest natural language process (NLP) model, GPT-3, is an astonishing feat. The tool is able to generate poems, short stories, songs, and technical specs that can pass off as human creations.

But as cool as it is, GPT-3 doesn’t actually understand what it’s creating. AI needs to demonstrate a deeper level of comprehension to gain our trust.

Enter Diffbot

To address this issue, the machine-learning company Diffbot is building an AI that reads every page on the entire public web, in multiple languages, extracting as many facts as it can.

Rather than using this info to train a language model like GPT-3, Diffbot turns it into a series of 3-part factoids that relates one thing to another: subject, verb, and object.

This approach creates a more accurate knowledge graph

In addition to the subject-verb-object paradigm, Diffbot’s founder Mike Tung tells The Hustle that his startup is building an AI system that consumes information like humans do.

Among other parameters, it takes into consideration things like; 1) trustworthiness (“Did this come from an official source, or social media?”); and 2) up-to-date-ness (“Is this information stale?”), so that you can see where the facts it generates come from on the web.

The startup already has ~400 paying customers
