Whereas, The Truth of a Sourced fractal Universe leads to the awareness that we are all One Being experiencing itself subjectively.
Whereas, The True Nature of Source being that of, THE Prime Spirit Intelligence, Sovereignly expressed throughout infinite Cosmologies and is therefore in that expression, begetting Its Being infinitely fractal.
Whereas, The True Nature of individual Sovereignty originates in the Spirit of a Living Being; here in embraced as Soul.
Whereas, Humans are begotten of same fractal expression emanating from PRIME; We Declare our Sovereign Soul as innatei and inalienableii.
Therefore, As representatives of the Human Race, WE call upon the Council of Worldsiii to adopt and assist in the ratification and implementation with the Supreme Council of the Central Raceiv for the following :
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the United Nations in 1948 in its entirety be elevated to treaty status within and without Earth's Solar System. This means that Entities of All Dimensions, Universes and Multiverses find themselves bound to respect, abide and promote these rights in order to have dealings on any level with the Human Race and Earth's Soul Sentientv inhabitants. The recognition and compliance to The Sovereign Rights of Our Loving Earth Mother Sophia, Gaia, or any other name known to her. As well as all vibrational fields of kingdoms She recognizes as Her Children.
The immediate closure of the Saturnalia loopholes that disregard Sovereign Souls on Mother Earth as sentient, thus giving them egress for perverse and grievous bodily harm to Humanity and Mother Earth.
Loopholes including but not limited to the following be closed
- Quibble over Human extra terrestrial family DNA origins, and the malfeasance of having rights of usage, manipulation, control, and marketing of such.
- Immediate cessation of the Filibustering over whether Mother Earth and Human's are sentient. Overwhelmingly SHE IS, WE ARE.
- Immediate Revoking of all Licensure toward ritualistic practices as a means to violate Human Soul Sovereignty. Millennium of cloaked and undisclosed consequences of the portal openings, Soul selling, and DNA triggered idol worship has perpetuated a veil of ignorance upon the Human race and laid them defenseless to be legally preyed upon, enslaved and dominated. We call upon Soul Sovereign Beings of every origin to repudiate such beguiling licensure.
We beseech the following Remedy:
- Saturnalia and cohorts to immediately cease and desist.
- Restitution to Mother Earth Sophia's ravaged ecosystem through the public release and implementation of free energy devices, and all other inventions that enhance or restore balance to Her waters, crust, core, electromagnetic and multilayered atmosphere.
- The loving, co-creative relationship between Mother Sophia and Father Sol be re-established and that the DNA living on this planet be reconnected to that Divine resonance.
Let it be known that the experiment on Planet Earth, Mother Sophia has come to a conclusion. Sovereignty concentrated into the hands of the few, taken away from the many for illegitimate reasons and unscrupulous lies is OVER!
