Winter Fitness and Pool Repairs at Ozark Community Center

Well, as you can see, they're working on the indoor pool at the Ozark Community Center. While the pool is undergoing repairs for the entire month of December, I've started back my indoor winter program. Today, I did a 30-minute session on the rowing machine, covering 5,626 meters, roughly 3.5 miles, at an average speed of 6.8 mph. I'm fine-tuning my data collection for better accuracy. The pool has had a persistent leak since spring, which has impacted water quality. As part of the annual inspection, they are fixing the leak, replacing tiles, and giving the pool a thorough cleaning. The repairs should be completed by January 2nd, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for swimmers. In addition to rowing, I incorporated farmer's carries with weights ranging from 15 lbs to 40 lbs over a distance of about 50 yards. These exercises are crucial for strength training. The Concept2 rowing machine is excellent for activating muscles like the quads, lats, and back—perfect for swimmers. Thank you for watching my channel, and I appreciate your support. Enjoy the footage of the repair work on the pool! #OzarkCommunityCenter #IndoorPoolRepairs #WinterWorkout #RowingMachine #FarmersCarry #FitnessJourney #Concept2 #SwimmingPreparation #HealthAndWellness #StrengthTraining
