"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly."
Since the Roswell UFO Incident of 1947 there has been a spotlight on the UFO/Alien phenomena which has brought up a lot of speculation as to who these entities were aboard the crashed spacecraft. The physical description of these beings from eye witness accounts describes them as humanoid about 4 feet in height with large bulbous heads and almond shaped eyes which does tie in with the description of the Zeta Reticulans or the Greys as they are popularly referred to in UFO lore.
There are some who believe these beings might be Time Travellers from our future, perhaps Alien-Human Hybrids who are coming into our timeline to help us move from our destructive ways to a more harmonious way of life. The following episode from the Ancient Aliens series Season 4 called 'The Time Travellers' shares more information from well known UFO researchers about who these beings might be and why they are here ... featuring interviews with people such as Linda Moulton Howe, Sir Edgar Mitchell, David Childress, Philip Coppens and many more ...
Its about time the truth be known by the masses so the veil of illusion is lifted and humanity can once again live as ONE, transcending these limiting boundaries we've allowed to be imposed upon us. The History Channel Ancient Aliens series does seem like a good way for letting this information out gently to the masses so we can prepare for the coming new age ... Ancient Aliens, however focuses a bit too much on the Greys stereotyping them as THE Aliens who've been coming here for whatever reason, which is only a small part of the much larger picture which the ET/UFO phenomena brings to us ... there are indeed many ET civilizations here on Earth and who have played an integral part in the creation of our species and have been watching over us for a while now ... the Pleiadians, the Sirians, the Arcturians, the Andromedans to name a few who are rarely mentioned in the Ancient Aliens series .... we need to watch out for disinformation and trust in our own inner knowing and operate from a level of unconditional love for all ... our own vibrational state decides what kind of a reality we experience ! Lets choose wisely ... :)
