Post-Swim Disappointing Catfish Dinner: An Unexpected Twist
After a refreshing swim, I sat down to a meal that included a piece of fish, a half-smashed baked potato with butter, and a serving of green peas. The fish was supposed to be catfish, but it didn't taste, look, or smell like catfish, leaving me quite disappointed. Despite my initial excitement, the meal fell flat. Well, hey everybody. I'm on the back deck of the OC. It's 48 degrees, and it's cold as hell out here! The wind is blowing in small gusts, but I'm toughing it out to share some thoughts with you. The pool shuts down on the 27th, and today is Monday the 24th. Despite the chill, cold weather therapy has been incredibly beneficial for me, helping keep my body younger, stronger, and healthier. Through the self-realization of Christ consciousness, I'm becoming the elite Olympic athlete I envision—cycling, swimming, and more.
