CC: City Clerk Shandra Hodges chodges@ozarkmissouri.org (mailto:chodges@ozarkmissouri.org)

Thank you for your prompt response on November 25, 2025, to my Sunshine Law request under RSMo Chapter 610 for records related to Flock camera captures of Missouri “Don’t Tread on Me” specialty plates (Gadsden flag design) in Ozark since January 1, 2024.

To clarify and proceed efficiently:I am exercising my right under RSMo § 610.023(3) and § 610.026 to INSPECT these records in person (or electronically if available) at the earliest possible time — instead of requesting copies at this time.

This includes reviewing all responsive photos, videos, timestamps, metadata, GPS locations, and any associated police reports or alerts.Under Missouri law: • Public records must be open for inspection “as soon as possible” • No duplication fee applies when only inspection is requested • Any search/retrieval fee requires written certification of actual time and costPlease confirm a specific date and time for inspection within the next three business days (by close of business December 1, 2025) at City Hall or the Police Department during regular hours. If electronic viewing is possible (secure portal, redacted PDF, etc.), that is preferred. For the record, this clarification and inspection request is being sent the same day as the City’s fee response (November 25, 2025) to ensure timely compliance with RSMo § 610.023.

Thank you for your continued cooperation.Buddy Huggins
