Robert F. Kennedy Jr. practices intermittent fasting, often eating within a specific window, such as noon to 6 or 7 p.m., to promote health, aligning with his overall natural diet focused on whole foods and avoiding processed items. He uses time-restricted eating as a lifestyle choice, combining it with daily exercise (hiking, gym), meditation, and supplements, viewing it as part of preventing grazing and improving metabolism.
