WHY DID SHE HAVE TO DIE?
How many bullets could she possibly have? Why was there no Crisis Intervention person called in to talk her down? Think about it they had all day to negotiate with her. Had, she ran out of bullets? Did any of the police officers involved even think about the fact that she only had so many bullets. Why was there so much overwhelming effort to get her out of the building now. As the police were known to have said come out now with your hands up twice! Who made the decision to move so quickly? If it had been there sister, his mother his daughter, would he have moved so fast. We the people of Ozark in the Greater Springfield area need answers in this case.
How many bullets could she possibly have? Will we ever know the truth?

Somer Speer, story why did she have to die?
Somer Speer, who ran 417 Bail Bonds, was shot after police say she opened fire on representatives of another bail bonds company. Those representatives were serving a warrant after Speer's bond had been revoked. Police said Speer died from an apparent gun shot wound Wednesday around 2 p.m. after the shootout with police.
A Nixa police officer and a Christian County Sheriff's Deputy are on paid administrative leave after a deadly shootout near the Ozark square.
On Wednesday, police say 37-year-old Somer Brook Speer started shooting when a bail bondsman came to arrest her on a drunk driving warrant. They say when police arrived she kept shooting, and barricaded herself inside her business, 417 Bail Bonds.

Here's what officials didn't say about the woman killed in Ozark firefight

This story was originally published on Friday, Dec. 4.
It was hours before authorities provided a rough narrative of what took place last week in downtown Ozark: A 37-year-old woman was killed after she shot at employees of a bail bonding company, then exchanged fire with law enforcement.
Authorities said the bail bonding company was there to revoke the woman's bond. What officials didn't say, but what court records show, is that the woman's bond had been posted months earlier by a man with whom she had an intimate relationship.
The woman's attorney and supervisor said there's no clear reason why her bond would be revoked, or why a bonding agency might want to apprehend her.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing and have released few additional details, but court records and News-Leader interviews have revealed a timeline of events leading up to the fatal shooting.
- In May, Somer Speer was charged in Greene County for second-degree vehicular assault in an intoxicated state and tampering with a motor vehicle, Sgt. Jason Pace of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
- Shortly after being jailed, court documents show that Speer was bailed out by Wayne Wesley Mullen Jr. of Michael Nivens Bail Bonds.
- On Aug. 25, Mullen successfully petitioned for a full order of protection against Speer in Greene County, according to court documents. Those documents also reveal Speer and Mullen had a romantic or intimate social relationship.
- On Nov. 25, a bail bonds company approached 417 Bail Bonds, where Speer worked as a bail bonds agent. Pace said Speer opened fire, then exchanged fire with law enforcement. That night, Pace did not name the bail bonds company whose employees had approached the business, but said Speer's bail was revoked for possible criminal activity.
Dee Wampler, who was listed as Speer's attorney in court records, said there were no warrants out for her arrest or additional criminal charges against her.
"No judge had ever revoked her bond or anything at all. A judge just doesn't revoke a bond," he said.
If a judge were to revoke a bond, it would likely come after a hearing, Wampler said, and he'd know if there'd been a hearing.
"I think it was the bail bondsman that for whatever reason wanted to pick her up," he said, noting that a bail bonds agent has the right to revoke a bond at any time.
According to state records available online, Speer was a bail bonds agent assigned to Darrell Tullock, a general agent in St. Charles, who said he supervises 17 bail bonds agents.
Reached by the News-Leader, Tullock said Speer was not likely to run away and had not missed court appearances.
Tullock said he spoke with Speer a few hours before the shooting and said that she sounded sad regarding an ex-boyfriend, although she didn't name the individual. Tullock said he knew about minor troubles but never expected Speer to be in a firefight with law enforcement.
Speer once worked with Mullen at Michael Nivens Bail Bonds, Tullock said, but the two had a falling out and she quit.
Michael Nivens Bail Bonds did not respond to a request for comment.
Speer was a "wild horse in her personal life," Tullock said, but he praised her as a professional.
"She was doing a lot of business," Tullock said. In the four to six months she was assigned to him, she posted at least $500,000 of people's bail, which is higher than the average bail bonds agent.
Ben Hilton of Hilton Bail Bonding in Springfield did not share Tullock's opinion of Speer as a bail bonds agent. Speer was a nice person, but she wasn't a professional, Hilton said.
According to the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration, there were two complaints filed against Speer in 2015. Attempts to obtain more details about the complaints against Speer failed.
Joe Passanise, who was also listed as an attorney for Speer, told the News-Leader after the shooting that Speer was a good woman and a mother who was "overwhelmed by circumstance and couldn't cope."
Pace, of the highway patrol, and Christian County Sheriff Brad Cole said that preliminary findings show Speer was killed by the exchange of gunfire with law enforcement, which was not confirmed the day of the shooting. Cole, the former county coroner, said he conducted the autopsy.
Nixa police and the sheriff's department have an officer and a deputy, respectively, on paid administrative leave as the highway patrol continues to investigate the shooting.
