Or just value your privacy on a Sunday drive? Our city's Flock Safety cameras snap every vehicle — plates, make/model, even bumper stickers and who's inside (their own patent says so).

I filed a Sunshine Law request for photos of liberty plates like mine. Chief Arnold replied same day: "No records exist" (no flags or alerts). Win for transparency... but what about the raw data?
