📸 Sonic Drive-In Rebuild: A Historical Time-Lapse (Ozark, MO - 2022)
Welcome to a step-by-step visual history of the Sonic Drive-In transformation in Ozark, Missouri. As a historical photographer and videographer, my goal is to capture the "before, during, and after" of our local landmarks so we never forget how our community grows.
This project took place throughout 2022, and this playlist documents every technical milestone from the ground up:
- The Beginning (February 2022): We start with the original building scheduled for demolition and the first movements of heavy machinery as work officially began. 🏗️
- The Framing Phase (April 2022): Watch the skeleton of the new structure go up, including the addition of the highly anticipated new drive-thru window! 🧱
- Technical Progress: From the pouring of the 100% complete concrete parking lot in August to the precise adjustment of the landscaping sprinklers. 💦
- The Grand Reveal (September 2022): The journey concludes with the installation of the iconic "Big Sign" and the official opening day for business. 🍔✨
